2013 Awards Night
On November 6, 2013, CAPSC celebrated the Calgary community’s involvement in the city-wide School Traffic Safety Week event. The reception, hosted by YMCA Calgary, allowed participants to learn more about our traffic safety initiative, meet stakeholders involved with this issue, and honour students who created the top posters. Quantello Strings and the Young Canadians provided entertainment with a traffic safety twist. Get a glimpse of the reception highlights in the video and photo album.
Representatives from the City of Calgary, Calgary Police Services, Calgary Board of Education, Calgary Catholic School District, Calgary Motor Dealer Association and AMA School Safety Patrol selected our top poster entries and awarded prizes.
